M&T Advisory supports and reviews leading European spa and wellness business

The Advisory specialist team at M&T have completed a commercial review of one of Europe’s leading spa and hospitality businesses. Headquartered in Prague and owned by CP Holdings, M&T were asked to review the commercial structures, strategy and business workstreams of the 30-strong Ensana Hotels portfolio and offer views and recommendations on how the company could structure itself for growth.

As one of Europe’s most successful businesses of its kind, the project, which was undertaken over a 3 month period, considered 3 distinct levels of the business – Head Office, Cluster and Unit level – and also identified areas of opportunity for improved effectiveness and scalability of the brand. The resultant M&T report is now being implemented by the Ensana management team.
