With over 30 years of experience in hotel finance, Haydn has worked within brands such as Starwood and Hilton, plus gaining valuable experience with independent hotels before joining Kew Green.

During Haydn’s 13-year tenure at Kew Green, he played an instrumental role within the finance team that oversaw the company’s growth from 19 to over 70 hotels, leading to its eventual sale to China’s Travel Group.

Since joining M&T, Haydn has significantly strengthened the Finance department by implementing new systems and processes and building a robust finance function across our managed hotels.
