A Night to Remember: Celebrating Excellence at the 2025 M&T Awards

Last week, we brought together teams from across the M&T portfolio for one of the most eagerly awaited moments in our annual calendar - the M&T Awards 2024.
Hosted by the brilliant team at DoubleTree by Hilton Stoke-on-Trent, the evening was a true celebration of the outstanding achievements, dedication and hard work shown by our teams over the past year. It was a night to recognise remarkable individuals, thriving hotel teams and exceptional examples of innovation, commercial performance and positive change.
From first-time nominees to seasoned winners, every story shared was a reminder of the incredible people who make M&T what it is. The energy in the room reflected a year of ambition, resilience and commitment, and we couldn’t be prouder.
A heartfelt thank you goes to our hosts at DoubleTree by Hilton Stoke-on-Trent. Their warm hospitality, fantastic service and delicious food set the tone for a memorable evening that felt both special and seamless.

The evening brought everyone together for an evening of recognition, camaraderie and plenty of fun! After the awards ceremony and a delicious three-course meal, the celebration continued with an exciting array of games including poker, Scalextric car races, darts and more. It was a night filled with friendly competition, laughter and a true sense of unity.
