Eddie Keelan

Procurement Director

With more than 20 year’s leadership experience in the hotel, leisure and hospitality sector, Eddie specialises in designing and leading procurement functions that improve commercial performance, strengthen governance and support long-term operational resilience.

He has a strong track record in developing procurement strategies that align cost control, supplier performance and risk management with wider business objectives. His experience spans category management, supplier relationship management, continuity planning, ethical sourcing and the implementation of practical procurement models that deliver measurable value across complex hospitality portfolios.

Eddie works closely with owners, operators and internal stakeholders to ensure procurement is positioned as a strategic business enabler rather than a transactional function. He is particularly focused on creating scalable approaches that improve visibility, consistency and accountability while supporting profitability and service standards.

A key part of his leadership approach is integrating sustainability and ESG priorities into core procurement activity. He has helped embed responsible sourcing, supplier governance and sustainability-led decision-making into procurement operations in ways that are commercially grounded and practical to implement.

With over two decades of senior experience, Eddie is recognised for combining clear strategic thinking with hands-on delivery. He brings a pragmatic, evidence-based approach to procurement transformation, helping organisations build stronger supply partnerships, improve resilience and create lasting value.
