Hayley brings over 22 years of experience within the hospitality industry, with a strong focus on the MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences and Events) sector. Throughout her career, she has developed an in-depth understanding of the meetings and events landscape, building strong relationships with agencies, corporate clients and key industry partners.
Beginning her career in Agency Sales for hotel booking agents, Hayley gained valuable insight into client expectations and the complexities of event planning. She later progressed into National and Global Sales roles for Principal Hayley and De Vere, where she was responsible for developing strategic partnerships, driving corporate business and identifying new market opportunities across both UK and international markets.
Prior to joining M&T Hotel Management, Hayley held the position of Head of Venues for The Jockey Club, where she led the commercial strategy across a portfolio of prestigious venues, strengthening the brand’s presence within the events industry and driving significant revenue growth.
Hayley joined M&T Hotel Management five years ago and has played a key role in strengthening the company’s sales performance and market presence. As Sales Director, she leads the sales strategy across the portfolio, focusing on building long-term partnerships, identifying new opportunities and supporting the continued growth of the business.
