Steven Burgess is the Group Head of Restaurant Operations for M&T and is responsible for overseeing and innovating restaurant and bar operations across the managed hotel division.

He has over 20 years of experience operating and owning bars, restaurants and a national hospitality consultancy practice. His role encompasses brand development, innovation and operational performance, working closely with hotel teams.
