How It Works

The aim is simple:

Sign up below and place £5,000 of new business into the M&T portfolio and complete your travel wallet.

For every £1,000 of confirmed new business, you’ll receive a Travel Ticket (boarding pass, passport stamp or sticker) to add to your M&T Travel Wallet.

Once you collect 5 tickets (£5,000 total):

  • Your wallet is complete
  • You’ll receive a £50 Amazon voucher
  • You’ll be entered into the end-of-campaign prize draw

Terms & Conditions

1) Promoter

The promoter is M&T Hotel Management (trading/brand name as applicable), Suite 3, Caspian House, The Waterfront, Elstree Road, Elstree, WD6 3BS (the “Promoter”).

2) Definitions

  • Incentive Period: 01/01/26 to 30/09/26 inclusive (unless amended by the Promoter).
  • Qualifying Booking / Qualifying Business: Eligible new business MICE revenue (see clause 5) that is booked and stayed (arrived) within the Incentive Period.
  • Participant: An eligible travel agent (individual) meeting the criteria in clause 3.
  • Portfolio Hotels: Participating hotels within the M&T managed portfolio at the time of booking.

3) Eligibility

  • Open to bona fide travel agents (individuals) aged 18+.
  • Excludes employees, officers, contractors and immediate family of the Promoter and participating hotels, and anyone professionally connected with the incentive administration.
  • Direct booking only or via online portals such as Venue Directory, CVENT, Meeting Broker etc

4) How to participate

  • To qualify for any reward, Participants must place a minimum of £5,000 of Qualifying Business spread across at least three (3) different Portfolio Hotels during the Incentive Period.
  • The agent must quote “RACE” when enquiring with each venue to qualify for the incentive
  • The agent must provide quarterly claim sheet to be checked and verified by the promoter / venue (sheet to be provided by promoter)

5) What counts as “new business” and qualifying revenue

  • New business only: bookings must be incremental and not a renewal/rollover of existing business already contracted, allocated, or on the books prior to the Incentive Period (the Promoter’s determination is final).
  • “New Business” refers to any individual, group, or entity that:

Has not previously stayed at or booked with the Hotel, either directly or indirectly, within any historical period specified in this Agreement (e.g., past 24 months or since inception).

Has not engaged with the Hotel through any channel, including but not limited to:

    • Direct bookings (phone, email, website)
    • Third-party platforms (OTAs, travel agents)
    • Corporate or group agreements

Is introduced or secured exclusively through the efforts of the contracting party under this Agreement.

  • Qualifying Business is calculated as MICE related business only – i.e. Food & beverage, meeting room hire including VAT. Bedrooms contracted to the event booking will also qualify within the total qualifying revenue
  • Extras, ancillary spend, and third-party charges are excluded unless the Promoter confirms otherwise in writing.

6) Exclusions

The following do not qualify:

  • Cancellations, no-shows, or bookings not stayed within the Incentive Period.
  • Bookings transferred from one Portfolio Hotel to another (displacement) where the net effect is not incremental, as determined by the Promoter.
  • Bookings that are fraudulent, duplicated, misrepresented, or not properly attributable to the Participant/agency.
  • Accommodation only reservations

7) Verification and tracking

  • All claims are subject to verification against hotel PMS/finance records.
  • The Promoter’s tracking and revenue calculations are final.
  • The Promoter may request supporting evidence (e.g., booking confirmation, rooming list, agency identification) and may withhold rewards until verification is complete.

8) Reward for hitting £5,000 threshold

  • Once the Participant meets the threshold, they will receive one (1) £50 Amazon voucher (or equivalent) per eligible Participant.
  • Vouchers will be issued within a stated timeframe (e.g. 30 days after final payment for the event Is received) after the Promoter confirms the threshold has been achieved and arrived completed.
  • Vouchers are non-transferable, non-refundable and no cash alternative will be offered.

9) Prize draw (final reward)

  • All Participants who achieve the £5,000 threshold within the Incentive Period will be entered into a prize draw for one (1) £1,000 travel voucher (or equivalent).
  • The draw will take place no later than the 1st November 2026 (which will be 30 days after the last possible event date plus 30 days payment terms).
  • Winner selection: random draw from all eligible entries.
  • Winner notification: via email/phone/social media and personal delivery using details held by the Promoter/participating sales team; winner must respond within a specified period (e.g., 14 days) or an alternative winner may be selected.
  • Prize is non-transferable, non-refundable and no cash alternative will be offered (unless required by law).

10) Returns, amendments and chargebacks

  • If Qualifying Business is later reversed (e.g., refund, cancellation, chargeback), the Promoter may:
    • withdraw eligibility for the prize draw; and/or

11) Communications and publicity

  • Participants may be invited (not required) to take part in marketing (e.g., photos/social content).

12) Data protection (UK GDPR)

  • The Promoter will process Participants’ personal data to administer the incentive, verify eligibility, issue rewards and contact the winner.
  • Data will be handled in accordance with the Promoter’s privacy policy and applicable data protection laws.

13) Promoter rights

  • The Promoter may amend, suspend or cancel the incentive if necessary due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, fraud, or operational requirements.
  • The Promoter may disqualify any Participant who breaches these T&Cs or acts in a manner that is fraudulent or detrimental to the promotion.

14) Liability

  • Nothing in these T&Cs limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
  • Subject to the above, the Promoter is not responsible for entries/claims not properly received or recorded due to technical or administrative reasons outside its control.

15) Governing law

  • These T&Cs are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
