Agata's Journey

We nurture talent and identify key opportunities for our team members to grow in their careers, and Agata Stefanska is a prime example of this philosophy in action.
Agata’s career in the hospitality industry began when she joined DoubleTree by Hilton Manchester Airport in September 2014 as an F&B Assistant. Agata rapidly progressed through the ranks becoming a Team Leader, F&B Supervisor and F&B Manager in the space of just three years.
When the pandemic struck in 2020, Agata took over the operations side of the business as well as being a part of the Caretaker Team throughout the pandemic, playing a pivotal role in keeping the hotel running smoothly.
To continuously develop her skills, Agata completed all possible training on Hilton Lobby including OnQ, Finance, Reservations and became Acting Operations Manager in September 2021, she was them then appointed as Operations Manager on 1st January 2022.
Asides from her professional achievements, Agata is most proud of raising over £1600 on behalf of the Hotel to help refugees at the Polish-Ukrainian border and volunteered at the train station in Przemyśl in March.
Agata started a new role as Hotel Manager at Lea Marston Hotel on 1st July 2022, before moving on to DoubleTree by Hilton Stoke on Trent as Operations Manager in April 2023.
Agata is a shining example of the many opportunities available to team members who are dedicated, driven and passionate about delivering exceptional service. We congratulate her on her accomplishments thus far and wish her every success in her new role and career ahead.
