M&T continues to build profits for the owners of Hampton by Hilton London Waterloo

Michels & Taylor’s recent development projects include the completion of an additional 35 room extension at the Hampton by Hilton London Waterloo, increasing its capacity to 332 rooms.

November 2025

Michels & Taylor’s recent development projects include the completion of an additional 35 room extension at the Hampton by Hilton London Waterloo, increasing its capacity to 332 rooms. M&T acted as both Employer’s Agent and Project Manager, overseeing the complex five-storey build in the hotel’s service yard.

Despite a tight timeline, the extension was successfully delivered under a Design & Build contract, with M&T controlling and overseeing the fit-out, FF&E, and OS&E.

With nearly 300 rooms in full operation throughout the build, a critical KPI was to ensure minimal disruption to guests during the project. M&T’s Property team worked hand in hand with the M&T Managed division, who run the hotel, to ensure this was achieved.

Now, a year on, the hotel has maintained its high occupancy levels despite the additional bedrooms, and incremental profit targets are in line with the original Business Plan. M&T is now working with the owner to explore further extension opportunities and continue the success of this investment.
